The lovely Dalya

Last weekend I drew the lovely Dalya DusSunshine. She had some absolutely amazing costumes done by a friend of hers, too. Pro: I got there early and had a seat up front. Con: While the front means good view, it means really bland lighting which is not so helpful for dramatic shading (or much shading at all). Pro: Dalya's got pretty curves so my linework maybe made up for the lack of shading. Next month I'll try and get there early enough to be at the front but on the side again.

A friend of hers got some photos, and if any of them are helpful I might try to finish her face in some of these sometime.
